We present – the UMP 1 

The UMP 1 is a continuously operating mix pump for factory pre-mixed, machinable materials in powder form, such as plaster or spackle.  Both spackle and pastes as well as machinable materials can be used. The UMP 1 can be loaded with packaged or siloed goods. (use the injection or transfer hood).  It is designed for use as a mixing pump or an open pump. 

Use as a mixing pump: For all factory premix dry mortars, such as: Machine-applied gypsum plaster, lyme-gypsum plaster, cement plaster, wall mortar, gap mortar, insulating plaster, reinforcement and adhesive mortar, frame filling mortar, filling mortars with a grain of up to 16mm, concrete seed with a grain of up to 8mm, plaster and wall mortar, jointless floors, priming, and much more. 

Use as open pump: For wet products and pasty materials, such as: final coats , stucco, adhesive mortar, reinforcement mortar, etc. 

New with the UMP 1 

1. Change in mixing pumps’ working principle from vertical to horizontal processing 

2. Uncompromising use of motor performance and reduction in energy usage during mixing and the actual pumping process. Energy use is reduced thereby to only  3kW/4kW with a performance comparable to normal 5.5kW mixing pumps. 

3. Operation possible in 230V mode (UMP 1 Singlepower/Dualpower) without loss of performance. 

4. Weight savings by approx. 45% over comparable mixing pumps. 

5. Significant reduction in size 

6. Reduction of CO2 emissions by approx. 45% over other technology when operating  the mixing pump at similar performance levels 

7. strong savings in space over transportation and thus more space for carrying additional items (e.g. construction materials)

The „Plug’n Play principle“ 
We make the switch over easier. You can continue to use the accessories of the mixing pump that you have used so far. These include the air supply hood, the transfer hood,  pump parts (rotor/stator), hoses, etc.
